I used to juggle everyone at once—chatting with a dozen people, distracted by every passerby, chasing the maximum number of connections. It was chaotic and shallow.

Now, I do things differently. Picture this: me, locked in on one person. Full eye contact. Total attention. Embracing JOMO—the joy of missing out. Fully absorbed in the gifts of the human right in front of me.

This shift has transformed my well-being, and I feel compelled to share it. My mantra? One human at a time.
