🎈 The Ultimate Prerequisite is Energy
Without physical energy, life is a challenge. Social connections are harder. Being fun is harder. Getting out of bed is harder.
Imagine a life with limitless physical energy. How would our social connections change if you were always excited and positive? How much joy would you experience in your daily life — not just because of your emotional state but because of your increased ability to create joyful moments.
You may know me as a health freak.
I'm extreme in my health practices. In the morning, I sprint up a hill. In the afternoon, I’m at the gym and sauna. In the evening, I bathe in red light and sleep in a dark, quiet space. I spend countless hours researching inflammation and optimization.
Maybe this is the reason why people often think I'm on drugs. Perhaps it’s why the most frequent compliment I receive is that I have great energy.
A primary source of my joy and positivity is my physical energy. And this energy was cultivated through years of living a healthy lifestyle. It didn’t just show up today.
The cultivation of physical energy is not emphasized enough in the dialogue on living a happy life.

Wouldn't you prefer to feel joyful by default? Because your body feels good, your organs are happy, and the blood vessels in your brain are efficient?
When your body feels good, you'll feel more joyful more often.
Here's the catch: physical energy is cultivated over years. It takes time for your body to recover from all the incentivized self-sabotage of modern society.
Alcohol. Screens. Sugar. Fat. Toxins. Sitting…
Be patient. Cultivate your physical energy, and eventually, you might become a lively, energetic person like me.
“What drug are you on?” is a question I frequently get asked.
