1 Inspiration—Be wary of defaults.

While traveling from Phoenix to Miami, I found myself amidst an airport power outage. It was chaos. My flight was cancelled. I checked all the online booking services and couldn’t find another flight. But I didn’t accept this.

Instead of waiting in the longest line for customer service, I walked to the other side of the airport, found a shorter line, and got my flights rebooked. I arrived sooner than I would have with my original, cancelled flight!
