Aloha Connection Catalyst!

I’ve led a few beach dance parties, hosted a fountain splash dance, and received my first ever By-Law violation.

Today you’ll learn to…

  1. Reframe rejection as an award for risk-taking.

  2. Distinguish when to use force vs. flow as a facilitator.

  3. Understand your social health as a pivotal factor in mental health.

⚠ Below is the public version from last week.

The bane of humankind — the symptoms appear when its too late.

INSPIRATION: DANCE

Dancing need not look like anything. For me, dancing is about enjoyment, not about performance. Dancing is a translation of emotion into movement.

Perhaps what prevents people from dancing is the indoctrination that dance is a performance art. It is and it isn’t.

For me, it isn’t. For me, dance is a way to connect and experience joy.
