Ekhart Tolle is my idol. In his book I just read, he shares the practice of refraining from naming. When we do this, we don’t develop liking or disliking, which opens us to a fuller experience of what we’re not naming.
Example of naming: He’s a slob.
Example of refraining: He doesn’t clean up after himself.
